YOUR COMMITMENT
Presenter Transit: Handle airport pick-up/drop-off for the speaker, plus daily rides between their hotel and the venue.
Base Access & Security: Serve as the official installation sponsor to clear the speaker for gate entry, coordinate visitor passes, and complete all required security paperwork.
(Shifted Classrooms will continue to handle all other logistics, including securing the venue, hotel for the speaker, ordering a catered lunch, event registration, and USD credit enrollments.)
